Not to forget ipoh de food!!!
My first meal in Ipoh---->taugeh chicken ho fun~~nice nice!!
We tried the Restoran Lou Wong Taugeh Chicken Kue Tiaw, which is one of the famous taugeh chicken stall in the town~~~~
The shop was full of customers and the workers keep on producing taugeh chicken which can be served with either ho fun or rice~~~
We had this ho fun ~~ the difference between Lou Wang ho fun is that the kue tiaw is much more smooth and fine than the usual ho fun where we eat elsewhere!! and the soup tasted sweet~Ichiban....even hotchick ate faster than us and finished 1 and 1/3 bowl......
We order 1 whole kampung chicken to come with the ho fun...The chicken meat was smooth and the thickness of the chicken fat is still acceptable...... People might think that the kampung chicken meat could be so hard but it is just nice and the fat makes the meat much nicer lor!!
Not to forget the Ipoh infamous Taugeh!! The taugeh was big, juicy and crunchy!!It is nice with only little soya sauce and pepper ~~
