废阿废~~~~

老了吗??
G zhi mui: 你吃也不能吃，喝也不能喝，你老了啦!!!!!(炸到。。。。就这样被label为老人家!!)
难道真的老了??难道我真的老到吃一点就饱，喝一杯就倒， 玩一下就喊累，走一下就要坐坐。。。。(哭。。。我不要老啦!!!)
只不过4个月的时间，工作真的可以摧残我们~~~要多多学学某姑娘，常常敷个脸了~~

相聚
相聚之后就是分离。。这次的聚会感觉好匆忙，来不及好好坐下谈谈天，来不及做好多以前的事。。。大家都有各自的生活，各自的忙碌。。。不过幸庆的是，我们还是能成功的聚在一起。。。下一次不懂会在几时~~~

长大
小孩子长的快，变坏也快。。2 个月前还在地上爬爬，2个月后可以站起来走路~~
口里讲着只有自个儿可以懂的话，手抱着狗狗，嘴里念着wow..wow...好可爱一下!!
不喜欢的就一手推开,一脚踢开，一巴掌过来。。。可是还是有一样不变，你还是喜欢主动跟男生招手~~(流汗)
下一次再见到，应该会跑了吧!!期待。。。。。

红炸弹
年尾到，又是一堆的红炸弹炸过来~~~婚礼，我最喜欢。。有东西吃，有朋友一起玩，又可以见证两人一起宣誓走到老。。然后新生命的到来。。又有得玩了~~:)

痛痛!!

大家可能会猜想整天拿刀，拿针的，一定不怕了

很常我们很无情的为他人打针，抽血，插管子。。一次不行就换个地方来插,不停的对病人说sorry,再不停的试。。两次不行就换个人来插。。

可是，最怕打针的居然是常常插人的!!因为你插人时，痛是痛在他人身上。。boh bian被插时，居然也会蹦蹦跳跳!!只有身在他人的出境下，我们才会有所感受阿。。。

H1N1

最近，到处都可以看到大家戴口罩，尤其是医院~~医院也规定每个医药人员必须wear mask..可是3天后，大家都不理了，整天戴着口罩，很辛苦的!!呼吸好难，尤其是跑楼梯后!!也有听病人说:你得到H1N1就必死!!当时很想跟她说你的想法是错的，可是看她讲的如此坚定，要改变她也很难!!有H1N1，然后去世的通常都有其他的病痛..单单H1N1如早医可不会有不堪的后果~~而且你，我都有可能都已得到H1N1。。把自己养得肥肥胖胖，健健康康才是上上之计!

忽略

开始工作，日忙夜忙，彻夜不归，忽略了身边很多人和事!发现时可能后悔当初为何不花点时间来陪家人，关心他人。。但每件事的发生都有它的原因，让我们更觉悟我们可能错过的是什么!所以珍惜身边得所有人吧!

疏忽

我们都还是实习，经验还浅，很多没有遇到的情况，所以就不懂要如何应对!难免会有被疏忽的病人，除了为病人，病人的家属带来痛苦。其实我们都很自责!往往会想如果当初我快一步detect,就有可能有救。。但我想我们都是这样才能成长的!对那些被伤害的，真的真的很抱歉。。。。

鳄鱼

首先，我要说我有三个老板。。噢。。不。。不。。是三只鳄鱼!!!

第一只。。。大鳄鱼

大鳄鱼~~就是部门的头头。。。

~~刚开始听不懂他讲的英文，因为他来自印度。。到现在还是有点问题

~~他嘛。。很少出现，只对VIP特别加护。。

~~不过他可很注意他的下属(尤其是实习医生)，你在另一个部门的动静，他都了如指掌!!)

两面鳄鱼~~是第二掌权人。。

~~他阿，平时可以笑笑对着你，可是一生气，他不会骂你，但你会知道你犯大错了，大件事!!

~~你犯错时，他会勉励你，好像无所谓。。但转个身，和别人提起时，讲的可没酱客气。。。怕怕!!

~~在他面前不要犯太多错，因为他可以extend 你!!

好好鳄鱼~~我最喜欢的鳄鱼

~~他很少骂人，不。。是从不骂人。。只是会讲讲你。。

~~台湾毕业，所以华语很有台湾音。。

~~会跟你笑笑，然后教你的。。。最有耐性的一个哦。。

这就是我目前的三位鳄鱼。。。希望我能安全过关。。。。

最后，三位鳄鱼，小小下属的3个月工钱还没出!!哭。。几时我才可以领工钱啦??

我要继续玩啦!!!

发现原来这几个月来对自己太差了。。吃饭，睡觉，工作，再吃饭，再工作。。好没有生活!!
好久没穿美美的衣。。(在家乡没有场所来穿美美)
好久没化妆出街。。。(在家没有这个必要)
好久没做脸。。。。。(太懒了，没药救)
好久没夜归。。。。。(没有kaki)
好久没逛街。。。。。(在家没有东西可以看上眼)
好久没有吃好料了。。(没有好料好吃啦!!)
重回KL的这几天，拼命的吃，喝，玩!!THE SHIP的牛扒，我会很怀念的!!!
回去之后，又要面对现实了。。。sob。。。sob。。。时间可以就在此刻暂停吗?

另外，我忍不住，一定要上传上来。。。

女王退位了~~

也不知从何时开始，因何原因就被热鸡鸡和蘑菇精称为女王。。

我很霸道吗?绝对没有。。

我很有主见吗?不见得!

我是城堡的阿头头吗?不是哦~~

我很高贵，优雅，大方吗?更加没有!!

不知不觉，在部落格也自称女王。。

不过,这一切已成往事，现在已没人叫我女王，house queen le。。。。

女王是该退位了。。。

医院怪事

红毛丹男

话说这一个七十多岁的安可，因大便参血，进来求医，X 光显示小肠阻塞，可是他的肠胃出血跟普通人的不一样，不是鲜血，不是黑黑如发，是LAO SAI 加一点点的血色。。专科看过后，要求马上照切片镜，可能是肠胃瘤或憩室炎(diverticulitis)要切除，可是可恶的是放射师居然安排3 天后才照，说照了也不会马上开刀。。。=。=’‘ 等呀等。。。病人越来越不对境，只好紧急动手术。。。结果，肠胃瘤,憩室炎都没有。。。肠的确是塞了，主谋却是一大堆的红毛丹种子!!!原来有人吃红毛丹是连种子一起吞的。。。少少有50 种子在里头!!


停电记

某天早上，。巡房时，突然停电。。每个人傻了一下，然后突然一丝不好的预感一闪而过，2个病人有呼吸器!!!全世界的人就跑要bagging…结果却发现氧气桶空了!!!!又是一段的混乱，可怜的病人挣扎了一下，还好找到氧气。。阿不然，也不懂会发生什么事!!

飞毛腿

医院里终是会出现一些固执的老人家，要求回家，独自拔管，大吵大闹。。到了最后只有把他们绑在病床上。。可能大家会认为很不应该，但乱乱拔管可是很危险，独自行动也有可能伤到自己。。更可恶的是那些老人家居然会踢人..可怜的我，居然还要冒随时被飞毛腿端到的险!!失控下，女王可是会一掌击中飞毛腿的!!!然后破口大骂~~~没形象了啦!!

毕业了

终于等到了这一天，毕业典礼到了。。。女王重回久违的kl,没有以往从家乡回来要开课的伤感，只有一份希望时间不要太快过，期待重遇旧友的心情。。然后还有要狂购!!!!瓦卡卡。。

I am cold~~~

Monday was my 3rd on call day and i think it is and will be the best call i ever have!!!

0 admission!! ya...zero admission an the inpatient were all very good boys!!!! I managed to sleep from 930pm till next morning~~~~yuhuu~~~( i was waked up by staff nurse at 3am for a patient with high BP la, but later i slept back pun) Surposingly i can sleep well but somehow u cant sleep peacefully when u on call. U will anticipate the staff nurse to call u for new cases and if ur pager or phone doesnt ring, u will feel something not right..I even suspect the phone line in my oncall been pulled out..haha...strange feeling.. The next day, i was said to be "cold"...HOT means many admissions, COLD means less admission...so, ya..i am super COLD on monday..

My 1st call......patient shouting for pain in the ward, waked all the other patient.....Hey, i just gave IV Traumal 5 minutes ago and patient still kept shouting...faint..okay la..i admit i am not that generous in giving pain killer...end up another shot of IV Pethidine solved the problem...

My 2nd call, i will remember it forever...My first time of prounoncing death...i clerked him, i reviewed him everyday,and i withnessed his BP, SPO2 drop and there is nothing i can do....The patient was not for active resuscitation, he had colon ca with liver metastasis. If i give him inotrope, he might can tahan for longer but the outcome will still be the same..Eventually he will pass away..so am i doing the right thing?sigh...

There are many many more calls to come..I hope through time, i can handle the situation better and day day have a nice call as Monday~~

and ya..i have multiple calls with MO that is hated by everyone in the ward..and so ngam she changes her call on Monday with a nice nice MO. Perhaps that is the reason why i get a good call?keke...

11 days of life~~

11th day of my tagging..3 more days to come n i will be oncall-ing...damn scare pun!!!i am totally not prepared.
Through blog, can feel shinyin's passion towards her job, scent getting used to singapore, kit jing with her pedal edema..everyone doing well...
As for me,it has been a hectic past 2 weeks., trying to get used to the system here, learn how things works here... and i realised that HUKM is really a much more systematic than any other hospital, computerized and air conditioned...HO here have to be the HO, PPK, social worker and "special assistant to the MO", and not forget be the 1 who always swollow dead cat!
i learned to withstand long hour of standing( will get varicose vein late in my age), withstand hungry, withstand sleepiness, walk faster and eat faster than anyone else.( not forget to speed faster on road).
MO , HO and specialist here has very high expectation on UKM student.( stress pun.. been compared with neeta and vannessa) ,sure i will mensua-suikan UKM this time.
I got lot of scold from the MO,but hey different people has their own way of doing thing. 1st MO asked me to do this way ,then 2nd MO saw it and scold me!!( cry). I get lots of help from my fellow HO colleague..thanks to all of them who taught me lots of thing in the ward but i still ve so many to learn esp in managing patient!i still cant remember the medication dosage!!!!!!!
Managing patient is different from what we used to study from book. In real life, our clinical judgement become so much important and we are given the authority to plan our management but of course if someth happened , we will take all the blame. sigh...
Anyway , wish me luck when i on call bah!!!Hope i can handle everything well soon~~

选择~~

刚刚看完一篇朋友的部落，真的她都讲出了我们的心声!!

这一篇是英文部落，有点长，却发出内心。。
今年女王的coursemate当中，有14位决定去新城发展。。。。
或许大家都认为我们都只能在国内当实习。。。
但错了，自去年起，新城大力的拉本地的毕业生去那儿工作，只要你申请就一定得到。。
他们给的当然是高薪水，少工作量，加上更好的读专机会。。。
很多人会问我以后要在哪一方面专科??
我常常都答不上，因为在本地读专的机会真的很渺茫!!!!
内科和儿科就可以自修。。。但有关手术的专科就必须申请master programme...但可以确定的是，华人的入取可是少之又少。。。。
未来又会是怎样的前景??没人知道。。。唉。。
但，对那些选择去外发展的，只能献上祝福!!我们毕业典礼时在聚吧!!:)

要来的终要来~~

最后一天了!!明天就是女王要正式上班的日子。。。虽然暂时是上课程，但课程过后就是真真正正的要去医院上班了!!!
工作和读书可是两回事。。
当学生时只是站在一旁看人家医人，什么都不需要负责任，真的是当个extra furniture~~~
一个实习医生，样样都要亲手做决定了!!进院的病人第一个见到的就是你!!
做错决定也是自己要负责。。当然病人也要跟着痛苦~~
女王自知自明自己有几量，不免有点怕怕啦!!加上还要值夜班。。对贪睡的我还真有点难度eh...
长长的假期，现在有点不舍得它了!!
ARHHHHHHHH~~~~~~
突然好想不要长大。。。(不可能pun)
女王只好祈求有贵人相助啊!!!!早日适应工作环境!!!
女王也不希望看到医院的死亡率日日上增!!

宝宝最大~~

这几天和悠悠，红红，独夜灌水，都讲到挤nen nen的事，结果就给我遇见nen nen 事件。。
话说昨晚和心心去逛街,带个小孩上街难免肚子会饿要吃nen nen…
然后我们一伙人就到J市的宝宝房。。心心已断母奶，所以大家都进去看她喝nen nen...
突然一个马来婆推着宝宝进来。。也不顾周围有谁，就打算拉起衣服要喂母奶。。。
还好老哥醒目，立刻起身出去，还帮忙拉布帘。。。
其实，女王对在大庭广众喂母奶已看惯。。
一些来看诊的妈妈也是当众的喂宝宝。。
不过回头想，她们会如此不避嫌，是不是因为很多地方没有特设的房间给她们喂奶呢??
对于J市特设的宝宝房，女王觉得非常的好。。让母亲们shopping之余还可以照顾到小孩。。。其他地方就没有留意有如此设备，连医院也没有!!


P/S:女王真的有看过妈妈挤奶，用梳子梳梳tim,那妈妈说pump很慢，挤的比较快!!!当场我们要晕倒!!!哈哈哈。。。

什么东东~~

话说女王在正示开工前要参政府所主办的kursus kenegaraan和induksi..
收到SPA(suruhanjaya perkhidmatan awam)的信是在上个星期,叫我们去宣誓和作身体检查，但却没说几时要开始上课程~~
打电话过去，就被推说是卫生部的事，没人知道~~
既然如此，女王当然闲阿闲，继续旅行去。。。
怎么知，周末就收到电话，说下星期要开始上课程!!!可恶的是，居然不告诉我们地点，要我们等信来，可要知道到达东马的信可是会迟很多天的啊!!!。。。盼阿盼，终于信来了!!!!
女王要去JWW Birch被杀的地方!!然后再去pangkor岛!!
但。。。什么??上课程时一定要穿白色长袖上衣配黑色长裙!!!!那那。。如果穿baju kurung勒??也一样，上白下黑!!搞什么嘛，谁人会有酱的衣服?
后来嘛校服店生意最经特别畅销~~重温上课的日子了。。
虽然说设定如此是怕我们穿着暴露，但白衣若隐若现，加上美美的内在美~~~更加不可释义!!
奇怪的是，为何一路以来没人投诉呢??唉。。。
收到的信还指定要我们两天内寄回某某lampiran A,可是奇怪的是翻完了整份信都没有所谓的lampiran A….==’’’
为何我们的政府如此办事呢??唉。。。
女王以后也以如此的态度工作，好吗?嘻嘻。。。

Ipoh Cavessss~~~

Kit jing: Ipoh hor...got cave,sure got temple....1 cave ma build 1 temple lor......

Hotchick: Got so many temple ,then which 1 is the famous 1??

Kitjing: Cincai visit 1 lar....no need visit all de.....

So, we visited 1 of the cave/ temple...............Ling Sen Tong....but heard that san bao is the famous cave....

Since it is a temple, so u can go bai bai, ' kao qing' , pick a good date for wedding and so on.............

Rupa-rupa 'kao qing' got rules de.....Now baru i know hihi....
1st: Throw the 2 stone...must get 1 side up and 1 side down....
If get the same side for 6 times,then u cannot kao anymore
2nd: speak out/wish wat u wanna 'kao', then baru u shake the qing...
3rd: after get 1 qing ,then have to thorw the 2 stone again and get 1 side up and 1 side down...then baru tat 1 is ur qing....
4th: go to the uncle n get him to explain wat qing u get...

Ipoh White Coffee~~

Ipoh white coffee...a must drink when u are in the Ipoh!! I am sure we all tried Oldtown coffee but if given chance to taste the original coffee,why not?

We eagerlywanna give a try on the old old OldTown but..ei??why it was closed wor?? *sad...

This is the oldest Old Town lar~~

End up we have to go to the coffee shop opposite the Oldtown lor which according to our Ipoh 'sek ka' serve the better coffee than the Old town~~

Iced coffee,sold at the price of RM 1.50 per glass

Hot coffee, RM 1.30...The coffee was really really kao and creamy but too sweet for me~~ Plus i am not a coffee-lover...so cant really taste the difference except the sweatness n kaoness of the coffee~~~

And our breakfast of the day....toasted bread with half-boiled egg!! Just add some soya sauce and pepper on the egg-yolk...then gentlely poke the yolk and the rich golden-yellow stream falling out like waving to you and ask you to EAT it!! wakaka.....

One and Only Ipoh Snow Flake Beer

It is said that Snow Flake Beer is only available in Ipoh~~~ So, of course we have to try on it!!

First,the glasses were frozen~~

Then we were served the semi solid cold beer...it looks like ice shake beer~~

The beer tasted less bitter as it was chilled...and u can feel that the foam of the beer was solid. Other than that it tasted like beer lor...hahaha...The beer is sold at RM 12 per bottle,not too expensive........For beer lover,can ve a try if u happned to be in the town!!=)

Finally ,i am here in kitjing's house!!!Yuhuu~~~
so nice to see every1 again!!
hotchick is still as hot as usual...
kit jing is still as humour as usual...

Fuiyoh...kit jing de house yard is full with tall tall de pine tree and many kinds of unknown plants...wahaha...

Not to forget ipoh de food!!!

My first meal in Ipoh---->taugeh chicken ho fun~~nice nice!!

We tried the Restoran Lou Wong Taugeh Chicken Kue Tiaw, which is one of the famous taugeh chicken stall in the town~~~~

The shop was full of customers and the workers keep on producing taugeh chicken which can be served with either ho fun or rice~~~

We had this ho fun ~~ the difference between Lou Wang ho fun is that the kue tiaw is much more smooth and fine than the usual ho fun where we eat elsewhere!! and the soup tasted sweet~Ichiban....even hotchick ate faster than us and finished 1 and 1/3 bowl......

We order 1 whole kampung chicken to come with the ho fun...The chicken meat was smooth and the thickness of the chicken fat is still acceptable...... People might think that the kampung chicken meat could be so hard but it is just nice and the fat makes the meat much nicer lor!!

Not to forget the Ipoh infamous Taugeh!! The taugeh was big, juicy and crunchy!!It is nice with only little soya sauce and pepper ~~
